Matthew has been an energetic and hardworking addition to the Fitch Team for over twenty years. Over the past twenty years, Matt has gained extensive knowledge through his training experiences and certifications. A couple of examples include Installation master’s training, Lead Certification Course, and ADA Design training. Furthermore, Matt has been given proficient training from Anderson, Velux, and Four Seasons. Matt's experience and refined skills allow him to provide the highest level of customer service while attending sales appointments with our clients. Moreover, they allow him to efficiently integrate with the Production Team at all stages of project development.

What Matt loves most about Fitch Construction is being able to educate individuals about their homes and how our products can best fit their needs and wants. In Matt's spare time he enjoys spending time with his family participating in a variety of outdoor activities including boating, fishing, and hunting. He also enjoys spending time working on projects for his own house, both indoors and out.
