Clyde has been an asset to our Appointment Center since 2019 offering support in a variety of roles. He connects with customers answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling customer issues while keeping the lines of communication open between Fitch and existing customers. Clyde, who is a part-time employee, also reconnects with current contacts and prospect potential customers, helping them in proceeding with work for their homes. Clyde is a retired former Federal employee of over 32 years. He enjoys his other work for a barbeque company, playing golf and spending time with his family on their 80-acre farm, tending to their horses and chickens.
