It is official: Fitch Construction (Four Seasons Sunrooms) is the winner of the 2011 National Sunroom Association's Design Contest.
We are extremely proud to have been chosen the winner of this National Design Contest (Sunrooms $35-50K) as it reflects our commitment to really great Sunroom Design for the Western NY area.
Pellicano Residence: Sunroom &
Deck Project in Webster, NY
This was a great
project for the three generations of Pellicano women.
They wanted a room for ‘Nana’ (grandma who is 87 years
young) to relax-in and Eleanor and Barb to grow plants and
watch TV on the new flat screen. They wanted a bright sunny
area opened up to the rest of their home, just off of the
kitchen area. They really needed to “see” a picture
of this Energy Star rated room addition attached to their
home and a new exterior deck. In their words “… the
Four Seasons Sunroom turned out even better then the SolarCad drawings that Dave showed us!” “We are very
satisfied with the Design Process, the Production guys, the
creativity and Four Seasons Sunrooms” Lance, one of
Fitch’s lead carpenters, said “…it was truly a pleasure to
create this year-round Four Seasons Sunroom for the
Pellicano’s… but he also mentioned that he put on a few
extra pounds enjoying Nana’s homemade Lasagna!” We

Penfield Community Center Four Seasons Sunroom
Fitch Construction was very pleased to be selected as the company to build a sunroom for the Penfield (NY) Community Center located at 1985 Baird Rd. This 16' x 19' conservatory-style room at the entryway of the building will help relieve congestion during busy periods and provide better accessibility for all visitors to the building.
The structure is aluminum and brick with tinted glass, concrete floors, and a separate heating and cooling unit for moderating the temperature. The room features a small seating area with wireless Internet access and outlets.

Customer Blog: Kitchen and Dining Room Remodel Project
For a unique, customer view of a Fitch Construction remodeling project in 2006, a customer kept a blog about the project to remodel her kitchen and dining room: http://martelato.blogspot.com/. The blog entries run from June 21 to August 30, 2006. Fitch predicted the project would take 4-6 weeks. Pretty close!
