The History Of Fitch Construction

Fitch Construction is led by President David Cerrone, a Certified Aging-in-Place Professional with the National Home Builders Association. He has been a Certified Remodeler since 1991 and has earned multiple first-place National Sunroom Association Design Awards, reflecting his expertise in both design and execution.

The Fitch Construction legacy spans more than four generations, beginning with David's great-great-grandfather. The Fitch family has been building and improving homes since the early 1900s, including many residences throughout Rochester's historic Park Avenue neighborhood.

David's uncle, Robert Fitch, played a significant role in local development through his long-standing work with the Rochester Institute of Technology, contributing to improvements at both the downtown and Henrietta campuses.

Over the years, Fitch Construction has also partnered with organizations such as Wegmans Organic Farm, Hillside Children's Center, UPS, and the Penfield Community Center, in addition to completing countless residential projects throughout the Western New York region.
